Environment Beautification Campaign - Akita Beautiful Sunday Project

Akita Prefecture designates every April as Akita Clean Month, and the second Sunday of April as Akita Beautiful Sunday for its environmental improvement project. In tune with this prefecture-wide project, we clean up the prefecture and city roads in front of our facilities and the surrounding areas.

Our participation in this year's Akita Beautiful Sunday Project, the third time around as Akita Elpida, saw more than 30 employees joining under the clear blue sky, working hard for an hour on trash pick-up and the rainwater drainage ditches, which eventually amounted to the collection of trash weighing almost 30Kg.
